1. Hj. Ahmad Nizal bin Hj. A Desa (Executive Director) graduated in Accountancy from UiTM in 1988. His career progressed through a number of companies. He has wide-range of experiences in Managing Business. Being a Business Consultant for several companies on their business initial set up and projects such as:-
- Che Dzayauddin Ishak Sdn Bhd
- Aspire Energy Sdn Bhd
- C.S Enviro Energy (M) Sdn Bhd
Experience in handling few Government projects. Extracts are as the following:-
Year 2002 - Co-operate in setting up National Renewal Energy Program (SREP).
Year 2005 - Advisor for Malaysian Agriculture Agency related to fertilizer, etc
Team member for Government Bio-Technology ( Biomass program).
2. Mohd Zaki bin Hj. Zakaria (Engineering & Director) He received a B. Sc (EE) from Seattle University, USA and continued to pursue his M.Sc (IT) at University Science Malaysia. He had experience in managerial level with several Multi-national companies in Malaysia.
Those assignments were the contract from Ghana Telecoms Ltd, Telekom Malaysia Bhd, Celcom Bhd and Singapore Telecom (SingTel). He was send to Ghana, Africa for Ghana Telecom contract to manage the operation. He reported to head of division of operations. Managing contracted project with Ghana Telecom Ltd., GITN Sdn Bhd for ATM network. He had a very vast experience in managing his own business in IT, Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering. He had secured a number of contracts from Celcom Bhd, Universiti Sains Malaysia, JKR, and Ministry of Defences for their IT infrastructure development. He was recognized when his company became a recipient of an award from Penang State Government for his achievement in IT business.
3. Mohd Fairus Abu Bakar (Admin Director) He received Bacelor of Science from UKM in 1991 and Dip. Of Training from Auckland College of New Zealand in 1996. He has experience of teching in 1991, Officer in Majlis Agama Islam Pulau Pinang 1992, Assistant Director of Prime Ministry Department in 1993. Apponinted to handle Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia in Human Resource. He has a wide range of experience in NGO and Social Works – Exco Dewan Perniagaan Islam Malaysia, Director of KOBAKA Berhad, Vice President People Assosiation. He also a panel speaker on training for DBKL, TELEKOM, TNB, Pusat Urus Zakat, PKNS.
4. Yusoff bin Yaacob (Operation Director) He received MBA in 2002, Advance Dip. In Mechanical Eng. In 1994. Work in Faber Mediserve as Operation Manager and Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd as QC Eng. He has a wide range of experience in Cooperate Sector with his previous works and a very good asset to the company to contribute his verse experience dealing.
